Getting Involved with Art!
Art has become a living forum through which the various cultures in our community come together in mutual celebration of their unique gifts and in appreciation of their mutually held values. Artists provide an opportunity for our once fragmented community to find a way to come together in common cause.

- Call for Artists - 2012 Poster Contest with the theme “Turn From Violence - Make Peace”. $100 cash prizes in 4 age categories. Entries due January 31, 2012.
- Beaverton Symphony Orchestra’s Young Artists Competition. Open to Washington County musicians between the ages of 13 - 20. Deadline to apply, January 15, 2012
